Development firm Paragon Outlet Partners announced Thursday the addition of 25 new retailers coming to the under-construction Twin Cities at Eagan shopping center. The recent additions means the 409,000-square-foot center is now 90 percent full, according to the Baltimore-based developer.

New shops include stores that are harder to come by in the metro such as Movado watch company, True Religion jeans, Haggar men’s and Osh Kosh kids. Outer and active wear brands such as Filson, Lucy, Pendleton also will be joining the line up.

Other shops coming to the outlet center include: Lindt Chocolate, Cosmetics Company, Perfumania, Talbots, Old Navy, Maurices, Justice, Torrid, Hot Topic, Dress Barn, Kay Jewelers, Claire’s, Gymboree, Carter’s, Reebok, Lids, Oakley and Gold Toe.

The $100 million outlet mall near Cedar Avenue and Sibley Memorial Highway/Minnesota 13 is expected to house 100 shops by the time it debuts in August.

Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH discount store will anchor the mall. Previous announced shops include Banana Republic and newcomers to the Minnesota outlet mall set such as J.Crew, White House/Black Market and Swarovski.
